With a changing menu inspired by our award-winning oils and fresh farm produce, the Olio Bello Café is one of Margaret River’s most popular and relaxed gourmet indulgences, offering a true organic ‘farm to plate’ experience. Soak up the Mediterranean surrounds and flavours as you while away the afternoon with friends under the olive trees.

At the core of our food philosophy is the joy of creation, as our team continually experiments with nature’s gifts to deliver results that both surprise and delight. Wherever possible, we harvest our fruit, vegetables and herbs from the garden and invite visitors to share in of new culinary discoveries such as  oven-dried olives, parmesan crostini, sliced organic oranges dipped in chocolate or our exotic range of olive leaf teas.

Our pasta is hand-rolled, our coffee fair-trade, and pizzas spun to order – not to mention our home-made cakes and signature Chocabella dessert (a mix of chocolate and Olio Bello Mandarin oil) – pure Nirvana!

With a food philosophy centred around our oils and a commitment to organic and sustainable farming practices - eating at Olio Bello offers a true farm to plate experience! We are proud of all of our team who tirelessly create and innovate to bring our vision to the table.

RENAE ALEANDER

Olio Bello chef Renae has worked with the Olio team for over five years. Renae was instrumental is developing our menu, which paired house made organic pasta and pizza with olive oils and products for which Olio Bello is renowned. A passionate foodie, Renae delights in creating dishes utilising fresh organic produce from the garden and gourmet products from our shelves.

FRANCESCA ENZIO

Joining the Olio team in 2013, Francesca is from the heart of the Piermonte region in northern Italy. There she specialised as a pastry chef and baker, a passion which she has enthusiastically brought into the kitchen here at Olio Bello. And of course she loves making pasta and pizza! We welcome Francesca and are happy that she has found a little piece of Italy right here in Margaret River amongst the olive groves.
